The Cardinals maintained a double-digit advantage deep into the second half until the Huskies used a Wacker 3-point play with 3:35 to play to reduce the home team's deficit to 54-46.

Zach Copley followed with a third-effort bucket for JCC with 1:58 to play, but the hosts would get no closer than six the rest of the way.
