To the Editor:
First, let me thank all the Fairmont residents who continue to support and give me valuable input and opinions regarding our great city. I appreciate your vision and passion and am always open to suggestions.
However, I do have to make an important change when it comes to those who stop in my business office to discuss city issues. In the past, I have met with all who came in, no matter what my work situation, but I am making a change.
Moving forward, I ask that you call Susan Olson at City Hall (507)?238-9461(ext 2225) and set up an appointment through her to meet with me. Susan can also be reached at solson@fairmont.org
Appointment times will be available every Monday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the conference room at City Hall.
I will still be available for phone calls at (507) 236-3909 and promise to return calls as promptly as possible when you leave a message.
It is important that your council and I be available when possible. I just ask that you respect my business office hours and contact Susan for all appointments.
