STORM LAKE, Iowa - Bruce and Pam (Blom) Milbrandt, formerly of Elmore and Guckeen, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary today.
They were married Jan. 15, 1971, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Blue Earth.
