TRIMONT - Services for Marvin C. Anderson, 84, of rural Trimont will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Trimont Evangelical Covenant Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, rural Trimont, with full military honors by Foster-Bernhardt American Legion Post 373, Trimont.
Anderson died Monday evening, March 15, 2010, at Sanford Jackson Hospital. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Kramer Family Funeral Home, Trimont, and one hour prior to services at the church.
Marvin Clifford Anderson was born April 19, 1925, in Cedar Township, Martin County, son of Andrew and Eva (Lindell) Anderson. He served in the U.S. Navy May 25, 1944-June 6, 1946.
Survivors include: son, Andrew Anderson of Mankato; daughters, Nancy Strong of Plymouth and Florence Jaworski of Lemont, Ill.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, LaVerne Honnette and Arlene Larson, both of Sherburn.
