ARMSTRONG, Iowa - Kara Coleman and Nicholas Obbink were married Aug. 22, 2009, at the Church of the Nativity, Sioux City.
Parents of the couple are Ron and Chris Coleman of Sioux City, and Brian and Deb Obbink of Armstrong.
Matron of honor was Katie Sievers, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Steph Livermore, Andi Kozak, Molly Fordyce and Tonya Mund. Flowergirls were Halle and Abby Rezac, cousins of the groom.

Groomsmaids were Krystal Obbink, sister of the groom, and Haley Holen, friend of the groom; groomsmen were Justin Barrett, cousin of the groom, and Brian Gustavson, friend of the groom. Ringbearers were Zachary LePay, cousin of the bride, and Chase Obbink, cousin of the groom.
Guests were ushered by Kevin Sievers, brother-in-law of the bride, and Grayson Smith, cousin of the groom.
The couple plan to live in Sioux City.
