Powerman:

What makes you say that the other candidates had more experience than Darci? I know personally that to be not true. In fact, she had more diverse experience than the other candidates, especially Mr. Trushenski.

For the record I'm not an attorney. Do you know how the process to getting selected? Its hard work and interviews just like every other job. 3 canidates are selected as finalists and there is only to be 3, and all of a sudden this year and only this year they get to have 4 candidates. Because the panel had enough smarts not to select her. But if you blow enough smoke up a politics you know what you can get away with murder. I think it is just not far to the other guys. It would be like me going to your boss and saying hey that guy really that works for you is really terrible and is not fit for this job, you should just forget him and hire me because I will do some favors for you later on. When really you are better than the person.

It reads as if powerman was one of the local attorneys that felt he was 'passed over'. Maybe you can explain why any judge is getting 'appointed' to positions by governors, via panels or not, and not elected by the people? An appointed statute judge is appointed by the corporation, to administer statute corporate court. Put on the black robe as a priest of Ba'al and administer the mindless slaves. If you're worried about 'just because the Gov. wanted her', might as well get to the truth of it all and expose the fraud, shall we?

I agree that this seems a bit shady. I sure hope Gunther and Rosen check into this and find out what happened that allowed her in the back door...

So she never was selected by the panel that selects the qualified candidates????? Then how did she get the job over 3 other gentlemen that have 10x more experience than her and they were selected the proper way by the panel. Political Favors?? Sure sounds like it. This is scary that she got selected, because it sounds a little shady, and now she is a judge!! Shady Judge Bentz. Got a good ring to it. Think this should have been up to the general public. She should not have been selected just because the Gov wanted her. The whole panel should have wanted her. I hope she gets run out of office.
