This should have been done back when Zarling was still sitting on the throne. There is no surprise that Humpal could not do the job. This town is already behind the eightball with jobs and industry. Current business in this town have store fronts that are not an attraction, do not please or appeal to many, we as a community and business owners have to start with our own stores and make it appealing for others to some to town. Is it going to cost 100k a year to get someone good in here to turn this town around? Maybe. bring big business back to town and then hopefully your stores will be shopped at because there will be people in town working and want to stop and shop. Think about it.

While I applaud the City for recognizing how bad their eco dev activities have been, it should be noted the Council proudly announced all the money they were saving by having Humpal hold both positions when they appointed him Administrator, while declining to interview anyone else. Do we get that back from Humpal?
