The long arm of "land-use" law is already being applied. Remember a few years ago when a land owner in central MN was fined because he "allowed" "mud-bogging" in his swamp?

When Nixon created the EPA (Dec 1970), by executive order (like Obama is doing) I don't think it was ever to turn in to a "arm twisting, behind the back" "answering to no one" agency.

I can see it now. Coast Guard cutter's in Fairmont's lakes & yes you are right on with your letter except the libs will think that is great. Cradle to Grave!!!
