lack of real jobs, that promote self-esteem, and an ability to support a growing family. too many smelly health affecting pig farms, low pay for just about any job, could be a starting point.

"From 2000-2010, Faribault, Martin and Watonwan counties faced a loss of growth, while the Twin Cities grew by 25 percent.

"Faribault County declined by 10 percent in that decade," Brower said."

Could be, but we have offset it by increased laws being written and police presence by 25%.
