Having served in government for over 10 years I've always felt that newspapers overcharged for this "important service" Newspapers are a thing of the past. If elderly people want access to news they should pay for it like anyone else.

Newspapers in print are a thing of the past. They are dinosaurs with a limited future in print. hey wildthing, which occurs more someone reading the news on their smartphone or the printed newspaper? check you facts...
