Ethanol plants do two things. Keep Big Oil on thier toes, and creates a local market for Big Ag.

"Just think, Blue, how good your cheap American Caravan could be."

Cheap? I bought it new Sept '04. I have all the main. records and spend less than $500/ yr on it. I am still using the original battery. Although I plan on getting it replaced today, mainly because it will be cold Sunday/Monday (Mark Dayton says so).

I wish I had the money the buy two of those minivans to start with. I have never had a vehicle that was so "frugal" to operate and maintain.

Got to keep the myth going phoenix? I get 29 miles (measured by fillups) per gallon on the highway. That's w/ a Dodge Caravan w/ 3.8 V6. I am not going to complain.

Next we will hear you complain that your lawn mower, ATV, and boat won't run on the "bad gas"...

"As a fuel additive, ethanol helps gas burn cleaner," . . . and gives you horrible mileage, right?
