Most computer programmers with 7+ years experience make around $100k a year, not in Fairmont of course. Look it up for yourself, it is a very in demand professional in the Twin Cities Rochester and even Mankato.

Hopefully this will create some interest in some kids and they will continue learning.

Half a dozen of us did this back in 1985 as part of a state wide contest. Whoop-dee-doo! So a handful of kids write "code" for an hour. It's called being a "script kiddie". Look it up. Cut-and-paste. That's all they'll be doing...
