You're 10,000% right there franklinben! Why have a phone or internet or cable anyways? I avoid the need for the phone by alienating all my friends and family members and avoiding employment. Internet? I can just go do that at the library. Cable? No need! I sold my tv to pay the water bill! Also, look at all these yuppies around town eating their 'real meat' and 'fresh produce'. If only those fools knew the kind of magic you can do with a good bag of ramen. Ramen that's made with the best water ever! Now, if you excuse me, I need to go dumpster dive kwik trip for some coffee grounds. I can't afford the folgers like those fat cats on wall street, but I rebrew it with the greatest water man has ever known.

I can live without Phone/Internet/Cable, but I can't live without water. Try to go ONE day without using water. Remember, your water bill includes sewer. I am just pointing out that most people are more concerned and spend more on P/I/C than about water.

So will the "new water" smell be the same as the "old water" smell?

"More complaining by people that pay more for monthly *Phone/Cell/Internet/Cable* then water" Umm... lets see. You rattle off 4, actually 3 services which most people pay for in the year 2013. I should hope they pay more for them than water. You're not as smart as the real Ben Franklin was I'm guessing. And YOU are happy to pay 30 million for a water plant that takes water out of a lake, can't supply the industry around here and is yet overbuilt for a shrinking population?

More complaining by people that pay more for monthly *Phone/Cell/Internet/Cable* then water. All you complainers want every thing for free. Go ahead and leave Fairmont-we won't miss you!

The picture of overkill. What a joke. Twice the capacity in a shrinking community. Fair berry sure got snookered.

Neeto. How much more will water rates go up in the future?
