Unusual response to a grocery store

I just saw HyVee's Health Market for the first time, and can I say, I was so happy!

It was like taking a trip to a different place, place that values variety and experimentation, a place that understands how to use lentils properly and is isn't ashamed to sell flax milk. A place I won't be looked at suspiciously when I ask for help finding the soy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free vegetarian chicken patties.

*sigh*

I was nearly giddy when a left. The cashier chuckled as I declared how wonderful it was to shop in the new section. The new windows along the front area bring in such nice light, and hopefully the new restaurant options will be as good as I hope. I am very happy to see Caribou coming.

I guess I didn't realize how hard it has been to drive an hour (sometimes two) to get certain grocery items I like to have stocked in my pantry. I wish HyVee the best of luck with their expansion, and thank them for bringing this resource to Fairmont.
