"Animal School"

Someone sent this short film to me several years ago, which is the centerpiece of one of my favorite featured links on the right, raisingsmallsouls.com

I end up thinking of "Animal School" every time I have to cover a school board meeting when the curriculum comes up in discussion. It also comes to mind when you hear about issues such as "No Child Left Behind." And as a parent, you can't help but wonder where does your child fit in at animal school.

You don't need to be a parent to appreciate this; anyone who has even been through school will see themselves, friends, and former classmates. Some of the animals may bring a chuckle, while others make you just wanna cry. (PS - No, my husband hasn't seen it yet, but I will likely make him watch it before he officially is seated on the school board!)
