Failure to obey traffic control device — Rocky A. Broderson, 39, of Coon Rapids; fined $135.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Dillion L. Earhart, 22, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Emma L. Becker, 18, of Winnebago; Brenna N. Cutler, 18, of Trimont; Claire E. Cutler, 18, of Trimont; Taylor M. Eicholz, 19, of Fairmont; each fined $185.

Anton R. Bejarano, 34, of Westbrook received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic abuse-violates Order for Protection within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $100, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

William F. Bishop-Martinez, 28, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of operate vehicle with expired registration, and uninsured vehicle-driver violation, were both dismissed.

Lila A. Boaz, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of trespassing on premises of another-refuse to depart; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Jason A. Castillo, 33, of Fairmont had charge of open bottle law violation-liability of non-present owner continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction.

Lisa K. Castor, 58, of Wayzata was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance sales; fined $160, sentenced to jail 133 days, credit for time served 133 days, 20 years supervised probation, community work service 15 days for two years, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment within 60 days for sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment and follow recommendations of care and aftercare, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Three additional felony charges of second-degree controlled substance sales in school, park or public housing, third-degree controlled substance possession in school, park or public housing, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were all dismissed.

John L. Currid, 33, of Elliott, Iowa, was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185.

Shawn P. Gaston, 28, of Chicago, Ill. was convicted on a felony charge of possession of stolen property; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, supply DNA sample. Three additional charges of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, theft-take/use/transfer movable property without owner consent, fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and an additional misdemeanor charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.
