Robert M. Malo, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Tiffany L. Nowak, 26, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $739.97, restitution $479.97, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Callie R. Peta, 19, of Ceylon received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 24 days, credit for time served 24 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign all releases of information, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 73 days for one year, credit for time served 17 days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Amber L. Wayman, 27, of Fairmont had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Tanya J. Stafford, 27, of Truman was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to yield right-of-way when making left turn; fined $135.

Paula L. Welbig, 38, of Bayport received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $185, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Sebastiana Perez, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.
