Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Alex M. Anderson, 23, of Fairmont; fined $135.

James R. Carlson, 31, of Winsted was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Anthony D. Christ, 26, of Bancroft, Iowa, was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing. Additional charges of third-degree driving under the influence of alcohol, and driver allowing an open bottle, were both dismissed.

Nika R. Diekmann, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of open bottle law-possession; sentence to service five days for indeterminate. Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Brianna L. Guy, 22, of Welcome was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $30, restitution $30, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, community work service eight hours for indeterminate, no same or similar.

Angel M. Rosario-Torres, 34, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of overnight parking violation; fined $32 for each charge.

Mark A. Sandberg, 57, of Sherburn had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $101.73, restitution $101.73, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Bryan N, Schultze, 36, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample. Three additional felony charges of second-degree controlled substance sales in public housing/school/park, third-degree controlled substance possession in public housing/school/park, and third-degree controlled substance sales, were all dismissed.

Amy M. Wiebe, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Cody R. Geistfeld, 27, of Truman was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel. An additional charge of speeding was dismissed.
