Caleb L. Nowak, 28, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after suspension; fined $285, one year probation to the court, no same or similar.

Kenneth M. Anderson, 30, of Estherville, Iowa was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $1,025.38, restitution $440.38, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 90 days, pay restitution, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Christopher D. Olson, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree driving while impaired-previous felony DWI conviction; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 51 months, give a DNA sample when directed. One additional felony charge of operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and a misdemeanor charge of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, were both dismissed.

Thane D. O’Rourke, 25, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete the domestic abuse program currently enrolled in, continue with individual therapy, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of domestic assault-subsequent conviction was dismissed.

Roger P. Ziegler, 19, of Delavan was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 27 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no disorderly conduct or assault, no same or similar. An additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, was dismissed.

Unsafe lane usage on a laned highway — Jose P. Callejas, 46, of Madelia; fined $135.

Failure to obey traffic control device — Clay Steven L. Gieseke, 17, of St. James; fined $135.

Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — Juan J. Ponce, 23, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Dawn M. Weber, 53, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, one year supervised probation, community work service eight hours for indeterminate, pay restitution, restitution reserved, certificate to be filed within 30 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.
