Failure to obey traffic control device — Leeann S. Kroc, 33, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Snowmobile registration violation — Daylin Andrew L. Hartung, 23, of Welcome; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Alex H. Kallemeyn, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Dog at large — Christopher R. Fett, 41, of Trimont; fined $135.

Alex M. Mendenhall, 19, of Northrop was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $485, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served 33 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Heather L. Hahn, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance. Also convicted of driving without valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type, were both dismissed.

Shawn L. Miller, 53, of Ringsted, Iowa was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no same or similar. Also convicted of open bottle in a motor vehicle; fined $100. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-refusal to take chemical test, was dismissed.

James T. Moore Jr., 61, of Blue Earth had a charge of driving after suspension continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, obtain drivers license within six months, no same or similar.

Jacob L. Oeltjenbruns, 35, of Granada was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $392.88, restitution $207.88, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Michelle A. Padgett, 47, of Trimont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $132, restitution $132, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Johanna J. Snyder, 35, of Amboy had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $141, restitution $141, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Jerold C. Wetzel, 43, of Sherburn had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $213.90, restitution $213.90, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Angela M. Arndt, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
