Headlights/taillights must be displayed for smoke, fog or other weather conditions — Bret R. Bonin, 22, of Granada; fined $125.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Terin R. Mack, 26, of Minneapolis; Kashis C. Dilks-Smith, 19, of Fairmont; Daniel Salinas, 30, of Rio Grande City, Texas; each fined $135.

Failure to stop for traffic control signal — Wilshema R. Crisp-Long, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Robert G. Salazar, 26, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Operate motor vehicle after license suspension/revocation/cancellation — Kenneth M. Anderson Jr., 30, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $285.

Alexander M. Wyman, 22, of Trimont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $700, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/ receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information as directed. Additional charges of driving after revocation, possession of drug paraphernalia, open bottle law violation-possession, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Rolando Alvear, 27, of St. James was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of auxiliary light cover(s) required; fined $135.

Timothy D. Jordan, 39, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Christopher L. Wise, 27, of Hartley, Iowa, was convicted of possess marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Alan S. Bicknase, 57, of Fairmont had a charge of junk violation-other than weeds and grass continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, keep property clean, no same or similar.
