Peter D. Hennager, 58, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of possess pornographic work-computer disk/electronic/magnetic/optical image with porn; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 15 days, five years supervised probation, may perform community service or STS to pay all or some of the fine, psychosexual evaluation by Dr. Linda Marshall which includes individual therapy with an individual with experience in the area of sex offenses and limitations on access to the internet with consideration for his job, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, no access to or use Internet without approval, don’t enter any establishments that has sexual entertainment as its primary business, comply with monitoring programs on devices if requested by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed.

Amber J. Schuld, 38, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Ali H. Hayyawi, 26, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of fail to apply for USDOT number; fined $185. Also convicted of bumper required; fined $50.

Matthew B. Tharp, 34, of Richfield was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $185. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
