Careless driving — Courtney K. Schams, 20, of Dakota; fined $185.

Margaret Ora-Joanna Gonsalez, 49, of Kiester was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all recommendations of the current Rule 25 chemical dependency assessment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.

Michael W. Long, 41, of Frost was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days. Additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard was dismissed.

Thomas J. Masters, 38, of Bricelyn received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard; sentenced to jail 120 days, credit for time served 120 days, two years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, continue to meet with all recommended mental health service providers until discharged from services, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, no assault, no threatening or assaultive behavior, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death was dismissed.

Tron R. Griffith, 28, of Reedsburg, Wis., was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.

Ashton J. James, 36, of Delavan was convicted of failure of driver to stop for stop sign; fined $135. Additional charges of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, was dismissed.
