Ian C. Powell, 31, of Bayport, N.Y., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Driving without a valid driver’s license or vehicle class/type — Christopher M. Moser, 28, of Storden; fined $185.

Jaedon L. Erickson, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Hung V. Nguyen, 49, of Seattle was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Josh E. Miller, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $185. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-violate paragraph (a) two or more, was dismissed.

Wilbert A. Esqueda Rangel, 18, of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $140. Also convicted of drivers license instruction permit violations for person 18 years or older; fined $135.

Brett N. Shaikoski, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damages-other circumstances; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 39 days for one year, credit for time served 51 days, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved, county attorney to file within 30 days, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, court will review early discharge from probation if defendant pays all fines and fees.

Cory R. Steinhauer, 27, of Granada was convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Marvin M. Tema Lopez, 35, of Chester, Pa., was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
