Christopher W. Erickson, 23, of River Falls, Wis.; fined $145.

Mover over law violation-two lanes in same direction — William J. Porcaro, 20, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $135.

Glory J. Nietfeld, 51, of Winnebago was convicted of third-degree damage to property-public safety motor vehicle; fined $1,044.42, restitution $1,044.42, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, follow recommendations of updated chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, pay restitution, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Christopher D. Olson, 29, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on two separate felony charges of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; sentenced to jail 31 days, credit for time served 31 days, one year probation to the court, no convictions of threatening or assaultive behavior for both counts. An additional felony charge of third-degree attempted criminal sex conduct, and three misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death, and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, were all dismissed.

Brandon D. Buesing, 28, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, don’t enter victim’s residence, no assaultive behavior, no same or similar. An additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.

Chak Y. Chong, 31, of Rochester, N.Y., was convicted of careless driving; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $40.
