Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Steven C. Breuner, 58, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Nicholas Q. Neubauer, 20, of Wells; fined $185.

Jarad D. Cates, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of falsely giving peace officer name of another person; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 322 days for two years, credit for time served 43 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the current assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Also convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 322 days for two years, credit for time served 43 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the current evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Eileen F. Delaske, 58, of Waterville was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of violate limited drivers license conditions-license not in possession; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Gerald A. Denn, 53, of Mankato was convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol; ined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Two separate additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired were both dismissed.
