Underage alcohol consumption — Jose G. Giron, 19, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Dorian L. Stinnett, 26, of Fairmont convicted on a felony charge of possession of stolen property; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 60 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, provide proof of prescribed medications to supervising agent, pay restitution, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, mental health screening, follow all recommendations of evaluation, attend individual therapy until discharged by provider, complete inpatient chemical dependency treatment, follow all recommendations of care and aftercare, obtain employment, maintain employment, remain law-abiding, cognitive skill training, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Linda Tran, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Jayme M. Taylor, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of accumulation of garbage/rubbish; fined $185. Also convicted of weeds/grass overgrowth; fined $50.

Ethan W. Urban, 27, of Truman was convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 8 years old and 57 inches tall; fined $135. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $30.
