Vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark — Tanner S. Hargan, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Gerardo Dehorta, 57, of Fairmont; fined $185.

William F. Bishop-Martinez, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of junk-other than weeds and grass; fined $185. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage violation was dismissed.

Violet C. Buckmeier, 57, of Fairmont was convicted of nuisances prohibited/barking dog; 90 days unsupervised probation, community work service eight hours for indeterminate.

Brenda Galvan Contreran, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of failure to yield right-of-way to driver on right at uncontrolled intersection; fined $135. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type was dismissed.

Jadie L. Sharp, 59, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of vehicle registration/permit/plates required; fined $335, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type, uninsured vehicle-owner violation, vehicle registration/permit/plates required, and failure to obey traffic control device, were all dismissed.

David J. Kuperus, 53, of Welcome was convicted of drivers license-driving restrictions violation with alcohol/controlled substance; fined $560, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Tori Elizabeth J. Quade, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar, cognitive skill training if requested by agent, counseling if requested by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, sign all releases of information.
