William F. Bishop-Martinez, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
Francisco C. Picornio, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
Christopher J. Laue, 40, of Welcome was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Christopher J. Shipley, 25, of Randolph, Ark. was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days. Additional charge of no Minnesota drivers license was dismissed.
