Driving after revocation — William J. Meyeraan, 57, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Nathan L. Anderson, 40, of Welcome was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address; fined $20.

Holly M. Wolters, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of dog at large-first offense; fined $135. Also convicted of dog not licensed-first offense; fined $50.

Luke T. Hannahan, 33, of Stillwater was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of display expired registration; fined $30.

Micala M. Janssen, 25, of Ceylon was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted of drivers license violation-use fictitious name or DOB-false statements-concealed material-fraud; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $100. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Clifta L. Sutton, 58, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $319.96, restitution $234.96, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, pay costs, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, contact probation officer as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state.
