Failure to drive with due care — Nadia M. Lane, 42, of Blue Earth; fined $125.

Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Dominic W. Alger, 22, of Wells; fined $135.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Zeshun Cai, 31, of Skokie, Ill.; Melis Molina Gomez, 22, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; each fined $135.

Expired registration — Danny L. Thomas, 52, of Blue Earth; fined $145.

Underage alcohol consumption — Kylee L. August-Ana Schmidt, 18, of Minneapolis; fined $185.

Austin B. Campbell, 26, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Dylan M. Jones, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of domestic assault; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with victim(s), complete domestic abuse batterers intervention program, follow recommendations of program, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. One additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation, and one additional misdemeanor charge of interrupt, interfere, impede or disrupt 9-1-1 emergency telephone call, were both dismissed.

Mason C. Huisenga, 19, of Mankato was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.
