Anthony E. Radke, 33, of Plymouth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
Douglas G. Garlick, 61, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 day for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Rhonda L. Archer, 55, of Bricelyn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
Felix V. Lopez-Gomez, 34, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system for child under the age of eight and under 57 inches not fastened; fined $50.
Alex A. Lau, 26, of Albert Lea received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct; sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, five years supervised probation, psycho-sexual evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, predatory offender registration required, enter into and successfully complete outpatient sex offender program including participation in individual and group therapy, must disclose offense and sexual history to significant other as directed by agent and/or therapist, no contact with victim(s), no contact with minors under 18 years old unless approved by probation agent, don’t possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, no access to or use Internet without approval, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
