Lucy Gonzalez, 33, of Evergreen Park, Ill.; fined $225.

Taillights violation-two (working) — Cody W. Lau, 21, of Rochester; fined $125.

Failure to yield for yield sign — Chad L. Bonin, 18, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Joshua R. Rolf-Walz, 24, of Woodbury was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 350 days for two years, credit for time served 15 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of domestic assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

DISTRICT COURT

Speeding — Steven D. Willette, 51, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Moira L. Carlson, 21, of Jackson was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Alex M. Cross, 35, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Kelvin D. Harris, 31, of Jackson was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40. Additional charge of child passenger restraint system not equipped and installed was dismissed.

Allison M. Johnson, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication

on a felony charge of finance transaction card fraud-trafficking SNAP benefits; fined $4,376, restitution $4,376, 10 years supervised probation, pay court-ordered restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, continue in individual counseling until formally discharged, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, must not apply for assistance through the county without approval of supervising agent, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance by false statements, concealment or impersonation was dismissed.
