Christina K. Christianson, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment including outpatient CD treatment and aftercare, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, disclose all prescription medications to probation agent or law enforcement, individual therapy at Eunoia until appropriately discharged, sign all releases of information, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition. Additional charge of third-degree driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Jesse C. Crowell, 28, of Windom received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor 24 months older; fined $1,260, sentenced to jail 30 days, work release if eligible, defendant may serve time in Cottonwood County Jail at own expense, 15 years supervised probation, psychological sexual evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, don’t possess/use pornographic/sexually explicit material, no access to or use Internet without approval, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, predatory offender registration required, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact your probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $185, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, work release if eligible, defendant may serve in Cottonwood County Jail at own expense, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor 24 months older was dismissed.

Daniel R. Hatfield, 52, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, five years supervised probation, participate in mental health services as directed by agent, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of agent or a licensed peace officer, cognitive skill training, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
