Dog at large-first offense — Shirley D. Whitcomb, 58, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Texting/use of electronic device while driving — Corey M. Gatewood, 35, of Fairmont; fined $135.

CMV violations-no or inoperative breakaway brakes — Karl L. Vlieger, 39, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Kevin L. Urban Jr., 34, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Lennie M. St. Martin, 38, of Faribault was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations.

Betty A. Mercado, 31, of St. Peter was convicted of giving peace officer false name of another person; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Phonethavy Sinouthasy, 44, of Brooklyn Center was convicted of fish and game violation-take fish without angling license; fined $85, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days.

Enrique Flores, 37, of Sleepy Eye was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
