Failure to yield right-of-way (making left turn) — Robert Duffy, 45, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type — Ronald Jones, 28, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $185.

Melissa Marie L. Thate, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, sign all releases of information as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.

Ramon J. Flores, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 76 days for one year, credit for time served 14 days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, sign all releases of information as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.

Eligio Ramirez Sandoval, 34, of Worthington was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of instruction permit violation (person 18 years or older); fined $50.

Natalie A. Simmons, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-indifferent to owner rights; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution within 30 days, no same or similar.

Kristin A. Yaritz, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day.
