Driving without a valid license or vehicle class/type — Samuel Moreno, 33, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — James A. Van Ryn, 48, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Jodi M. Holtz, 50, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $61.75, restitution $61.75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction.

Kyle E. Kelleher, 44, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $600, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment within 90 days, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no new violations of the law, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Sarah J. Odegaard, 31, of Ceylon received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $85, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Brittney A. Somnis, 29, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $85, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Melanie M. Tobin, 61, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $57.70, restitution $57.70, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Mama A. Tiah, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Brenda Galvan Contreran, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid license or vehicle class/type; fined $185. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.

Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Stephen A. Jones, 32, of Sumter, S.C., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of CMV violation-driver has no record of duty status (log book) in possession; fined $100.
