State game refuge-hunt or possess firearm or bow in state game park — Brandon M. Zehms, 22, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Joseph D. Harberts, 22, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $100, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, mental health evaluation, follow all recommendations including remaining medication compliant, defendant is restricted from entering Fleet & Farm in Fairmont during the term of probation, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Alex M. Mendenhall, 18, of Northrop was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service eight days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or licensed peace officer, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain GED, remain law-abiding, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/ receive firearms or ammo. Additional charge of underage alcohol consumption was dismissed.

Richard A. Mount, 36, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $460, five years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency and provide information to supervising agent, complete updated mental health assessment, follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, do not use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Kandi K. Widger, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285.

Robert C. Frazier, 81, of Ceylon was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree criminal sex conduct-penetration or contact with person under the age of 13 being 36 months or older than victim; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 86 months, predatory offender registration required, supply DNA sample.
