Driving after suspension — Kyle M. Martinez, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Adam J. Fitzlaff, 24, of Truman received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of second-degree burglary- commits crime in government building without consent; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 75 days, credit for time served 75 days, 10 years supervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, mental health evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a separate felony charge of second-degree burglary-commits crime in government/religious/historic/school building without consent; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 75 days, credit for time served 75 days, 10 years supervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, restitution reserved, mental health screening, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional felony charges of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000, theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, and one misdemeanor charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, were all dismissed.

Brian M. Finke, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 76 days for one year, credit for time served 14 days, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Brandy A. Heeren, 26, of Ceylon was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $50, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
