Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Trenten J. Murray, 19, of Spirit Lake, Iowa; fined $110.

Failure to have two working taillights on vehicle — Michael L. Bialas, 62, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $125.

Ryan T. Kelly, 47, of Winnebago received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree burglary; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for 180 days, complete Faribault/Martin/Jackson Drug Court program, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation/ treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of theft of motor vehicle, and two additional misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree burglary, and tamper with motor vehicle-ride in without owner’s permission, were all dismissed.

Roy D. Fincel, 60, of Billings, Mont., was convicted of illegal U-turn on controlled access highway; fined $135. Also convicted of CMV violation-record of duty status (log book) nor current; fined $50.
