Jeremy J. Jones, 40, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 63 days, credit for time served 63 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone, was dismissed.

Seth M. Kick, 24, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm; fined $310, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing at the request of law enforcement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation.

Yvette M. Rodriguez, 33, of Jackson was convicted of issue dishonored check offense; fined $585.63, restitution $300.63, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges.

Taylor J. Beebe, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree driving under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test was dismissed.
