Jeffrey A. Robinson, 50, of Shorewood; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Sierra A. Driehorst, 21, of Truman; fined $110.

Headlights violation (two required) — Darren J. Bishop, 34, of Truman; fined $125.

Passing on right when prohibited — Anthony M. Jacobs, 59, of Lake Crystal; fined $135.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Katlyn M. Berthold, 19, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Lianne K. Kruchten, 37, of St. Cloud was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 25 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Leon L. Gaspar, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of open bottle law violation-drinking and consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $50.

James A. Harris, 19, of Walnut Grove had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; fined $285, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Brandon Mikael T. Kiley, 31, of Humboldt, Iowa was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 271 days for two years, credit for time served 92 days, two years supervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no new arrests, psychological evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.

Mark J. Rasmussen, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no new arrests, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.
