Underage alcohol consumption — Gwendolyn A. Schutjer, 19, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $185.

Open bottle violation-passenger (18 years or older) — Jordan M. Wittrock, 22, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $215.

David A. Arizmendi, 45, of Madelia was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Lisa M. Rivera, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 345 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, may complete STS while in custody, concurrent with other case, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, chemical dependency assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Julio C. Espinosa Reyes, 26, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, remain medication compliant.

Mario C. Sandoval, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200.

Mallory A. Gochanour, 18, of Fairmont had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
