Cory J. Wickert, 34, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard; sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 20 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, chemical dependency assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, participate in therapy as directed by your agent, successfully complete anger management program, no threats of violence directly or indirectly to anyone, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. One additional felony charge of second-degree assault-dangerous weapon, and one additional misdemeanor charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempt to inflict bodily harm on another, were both dismissed.

David A. Arizmendi, 45, of Madelia was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.

Lisa M. Rivera, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 345 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, may complete STS while in custody, concurrent with other case, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, chemical dependency assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.
