Lee T. Huston, 26, of Kiester was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.
Elvia Reyna, 44, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree criminal sex conduct-subsequent violation of subd. 1 clause (2) or paragraph (b) within 7 years; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 45 months, no contact with victim(s), predatory offender registration required, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted of third-degree tampering with witness-prevent information to police by intimidation; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/ noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Five additional felony charges of first-degree burglary-assault person in building/on property, simple robbery, terroristic threats-reckless disregard, second-degree criminal sex conduct-fear of great bodily harm, second-degree criminal sex conduct-personal injury by force/coercion, and one additional misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm, were all dismissed.
Scott D. Christenson, 24, of Emmons was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 180 days, stayed 177 days for two years, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, sign all releases of information, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition.
Katherine Rohloff, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of vehicle registration required; fined $115. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
