Ashley D. Cyphers, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $288.19, restitution $103.19, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, no same or similar.

Todd A. Gunther, 44, of Eagan received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days, five years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Guadalupe Ramirez, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Jimmy D. Vandekieft, 65, of Adrian was convicted of expired proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $185.
