Failure to obey traffic signs on controlled access highway — Michael K. Ebeling, 46, of Trimont; fined $125.

Driving after revocation — Joshua M. Dirks, 34, of Welcome; fined $285.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Darla M. Price, 32, of Welcome; fined $285.

Craig C. Fellersen, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no misdemeanor violations. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, and domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, were both dismissed.

Jeannette M. Gall, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of giving peace officer false name, birth date or ID card; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Colton J. Hilgendorf, 23, of Welcome had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $476.87, restitution $291.87, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution before, fines, fees and surcharges, no same or similar.

Trevor C. Knudson, 31, of Fairmont had a charge of driving after suspension continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Steven D. Nowak, 30, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Matthew J. Redenius, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 82 days for one year, credit for time served eight days, one year supervised probation, pay restitution before, fines, fees and surcharges, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, sign all releases of information, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law. Also convicted on a separate charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 82 days for one year, credit for time served eight days, one year supervised probation, restitution of $339.33 for both files, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no misdemeanor violations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.

Carter L. Baarts, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $135. Additional charge of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration was dismissed.
