Beth A. Celander, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree assault on a peace officer; fined $220, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 158 days for two years, credit for time served 207 days, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, mental health screening, follow recommendations of evaluation, pay restitution, no contact with victim(s), take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no same or similar. Also convicted on another charge of fourth-degree assault on a peace officer; sentenced to jail 207 days, credit for time served 207 days. Also convicted of fourth-degree criminal damage to property; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days.

Two additional felony charges of fourth-degree assault on a peace officer-throws/transfers bodily fluids or feces at or onto a peace officer, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and two additional misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, were all dismissed.

Shana R. Costello, 36, of Kiester was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 81 days for one year, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, mental health screening, continue with therapist until discharged, no contact with victim(s), take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all instructions of probation.

Isaac K. Haukoos, 22, of Kiester was convicted of possession of marijuana in motor vehicle-over 1.4 grams; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession was dismissed.

Almer J. Mitchell, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 78 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, sentence to service two days for 180 days, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, no same or similar, no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, Domestic No Contact (DANCO), follow all instructions of probation.

Joshua D. Robinson, 37, of Winnebago was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 70 days for one year, credit for time served 20 days, no alcohol violations, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, post-sentencing chemical use assessment with probation agent. Additional charges of open bottle law violation-possession, and open bottle law violation-drinking and consumption, were both dismissed.
