Michael W. Aufrance, 26, of Trimont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $2,162.65, restitution $1,912.65, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served nine days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no contact with victim(s), anger management, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, obtain GED if not employed full-time, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Andrea Jo Colstrup, 30, of Albert Lea had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $165.34, restitution $65.34, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285.
Lindsay P. Courtney, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing at the request of your agent or a licensed peace officer, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t ship/transport/ possess/receive firearms or ammunition if prohibited by law.
