Ana C. Saldana, 29, of Austin was convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system improperly worn or used; fined $50.

Speeding — Tiffany P. Ramos, 36, of Faribault; fined $125.

Antonio Vielma Gonzalez, 23, of Owatonna; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Orwin E. Cuadros Puente, 30, of Elmore; fined $185.

Shawn L. Boyd, 39, of Elmore was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Beth Ann Celander, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, no same or similar, no disorderly or assault.

James E. McBride, 51, of Elmore was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $50. Also convicted of displaying cancelled/stolen/revoked plates; fined $50. Additional charge of transfer plates/tabs/stickers to another vehicle was dismissed.

Jose L. Moctezuma, 61, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to yield upon entering roadway; fined $135, six months probation to the court, no same or similar.
